- Onion (chopped) - 2 nos
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp

- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato puree – ½ cup
- Fresh cream - 1 cup
