How to make ginger lemon water with just three ingredients

In this article, we will show you how to make delicious ginger lemonade using only three ingredients: ginger, lemon and water.

  • Makes: 2 glasses.

½ Cup crushed ice

4 tsp ginger juice

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp sugar syrup

1 bottle (150ml) chilled carbonated lemon drink (7 up, sprite or lemonade)

For the garnish

2 to 3 slice of sweetlime (mosambi)

In a glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice. Add 2 tsp ginger juice, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp sugar syrup over it and stir using a stirrer. Now repeat the same steps 1 and 2 to make one more glass. Top of each glass with ½ bottle of carbonated lemon drink and serve immeditately ganished with a slice of sweetlime.

How to make sugar syrup

500 gms sugar
2 cups water.

Combine the sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, just stir once in between.
Now slowly reduce the flame, and cook until it gets a thick syrup. Cool and store in bottles. Use as required.
