INGREDIENTS;
Eggs - two
Basmati Rice- ½kg
Salt- as needed
Onion- one, chopped (large)
Oil- two tablespoons plus two tablespoons
Garlic- 2-3 cloves, finely chopped
Celery- one tablespoon, finely chopped
Soy sauce- one teaspoon
Vinegar- one teaspoon
Chilli sauce- one tsp
(Carrots, capsicum, beans, cabbage - Finely chopped - quarter cup)
METHOD OF PREPARATION;

After cooking the rice, drain the water. (add a tablespoon of oil while cooking the rice). Next- beat egg and quarter teaspoon of salt well. Now heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry an egg in it. This can be postponed. Pour the remaining oil in the pan and fry it with garlic and onion when it is hot. Fry the onion on high heat till it becomes crispy. Add rice, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and celery one by one. Stir everything and mix well. Now take it off the fire and sprinkle the first prepared egg on top and eat it hot. Vegetables like finely chopped carrots and beans can also be cooked and added to it.
