- Chili Powder - Three Teaspoons
- Cinnamon 4 Nos
- Cloves - Four Grams
- Black Pepper - Four Grams
- A Teaspoon Of Vinegar
- Soy Sauce - One Teaspoon
- Salt - Enough
Method Of Preparation:
Wash The Chicken Well And Cut Into Medium Pieces. Heat Cloves, Cloves And Black Pepper In A Pan. After It Heats Up, Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder And A Little Coconut Oil And Grind It In A Mixer. Then Grind Garlic, Green Chillies And Ginger In A Mixer And Make A Paste. Mix This Mixture With Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Salt And Curry Leaves And Rub It On The Chicken. Add Lemon Juice To It And Mix It Well, Then Marinate It For At Least An Hour. Then Heat Oil In A Pan And Fry. Eat It Hot Afterwards.
